Return or Exchange of Apparel: We offer many options to personalize or customize your embroidered clothing purchase. These include adding your Name, Job Title, Location or Facility Name. These may also include the use of a Tone-on-Tone logo(USPSTT), organization logo such as NAPUS, NLP or NAPS or any decoration other than the standard USPS logo. Embroidery of any of the above options are deemed personalized and therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Returns for any reason other than a defect in the garment will not be accepted.
